If you’re a savory breakfast lover you’re going to love these Freezer Bagel Quiches. These quiches use your favorite bagel as their crust and are made with ham, cheese, and eggs. Get the full recipe HERE and learn how to make-ahead and freeze it below.
- First, make an entire batch of our Bagel Ham and Cheese Quiches. You’ll need 6 total bagels and don’t forget to save the bagel sleeve for freezing!
- Next, let each of the bagel quiches cool completely.
- Then tightly wrap each half in tin foil and remove as much air as possible.
- Write: Ham and Cheese Bagel Quiche on each bagel with the eat by date (3 months from the time you made it) on it as well.
- Place bagels back into the plastic bagel sleeve they came in and remove as much air as possible. Seal with a rubber band or twist tie.
- Freeze for up to 3 months.

- Then, wrap 2 pieces of French toast together with a piece of tin foil. Remember, 2 pieces of French toast is 1 serving in the recipe. Repeat for all pieces of French toast
- Write: French Toast along with the eat by date (3 months from the time you made it) on the tin foil of each serving of French toast.
- Place French toast pairs back into the bread bag and remove as much air as possible and seal with a rubber band or twist tie.
- Freeze for up to 3 months.
- Thaw/Reheat: To thaw, remove a serving of French toast from the freezer.
- Remove tin foil and let sit for a few minutes so that you can separate the 2 pieces of bread.

- Then, let the oatmeal cool completely.
- Generously spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spoon cooked oatmeal into each muffin cup, filling all the way to the top.
- Place in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Remove from freezer and let sit on the countertop for around 10 minutes to thaw. OR, run hot water on the bottom of the muffin tin to loosen the oatmeal that way.
- Remove each oatmeal cup from the muffin tin (we use a knife and they pop right out) and transfer into a freezer-safe gallon-size bag.
- Remove as much air from the bag as possible and seal.
- Write: Oatmeal on the bag along with the eat by date (3 months from the time you made it) on it as well.
- Freeze for up to 3 months.
- Thaw/Reheat: To thaw, remove 2-3 muffin cups from the freezer and place into a microwave-safe bowl.
- Defrost in the microwave for 2-3 minutes and then microwave on high for 30-60 seconds.
Fajita Breakfast Burritos
